WHO CAN SIGN UP?

  • You must be at least 18 years old to register and use MyChart services.

  • Parents can sign up on behalf of their minor children by requesting proxy access.

  • You can sign up for an account at no charge.

  • You can access MyChart from a computer or on the mobile app.
