Seward is a coastal community of approximately 3,500 year-round residents. Hiking, fishing, hunting, skiing, and snowmachining opportunities are never far away. And since we're just 2.5 hours south of Anchorage, all the amenities of a big city aren't far away either. Here are a few of our favorite sites that should give you an idea of what it's like living at Latitude 60.
