RFP Clarifying Questions & Answers

The RFP doesn’t reference a timeline.  Do you have a timeline to complete this work?

There is no defined timeline. SCHC will work with the selected vendor to develop a timeline that is workable for both parties.

Can you provide us with more background on the methods and assumptions used to support a 3% average annual growth rate for your encounter volumes?

The growth rate of 3% is an estimate of the impact from implementation of our Chronic Care Management program, and our progress towards creating more appointment times through increased staff and efficiency.

Does the space program assume space available for partners – or is that considered additional space that hasn’t been programmed?

There is approximately 2,900 square feet of shelled-in space in the program that hasn't been designated for SCHC activities. This space can be assumed available for potential external partners. Click here to view conceptual site plans/floor plans.
