Dr. Ross Van Camp Announces Retirement

With mixed emotions, Seward Community Health Center (SCHC) announces the retirement of Dr. Ross Van Camp, effective February 23, 2018. The staff of SCHC are grateful to Dr. Van Camp for the three years he has spent caring for the good people of Seward.

Dr. Van Camp’s last day seeing patients will be February 20, 2018. Dr. Van Camp’s established patients are encouraged to complete follow‐up appointments or request medication refills prior to that date, after which they will need to make arrangements to see a new provider of their choice.

SCHC’s other family medical providers, Dr. Lance Allen and certified physician assistants
Jeanette Nienaber and Amy Barker, will be available to assume care of Dr. Van Camp’s patients.

Patients should call (907) 224‐2273 to continue their care at SCHC by making an appointment with Dr. Allen, Jeanette, or Amy.

Dr. Van Camp’s patients who wish to seek care outside SCHC should call (907) 224‐2273 to obtain paperwork allowing the transfer their medical records to another provider.
Seward Community Health Center knows that choosing a family medicine provider is an important decision, and staff look forward to continuing to care for Seward.

Please join the SCHC staff in wishing Dr. Van Camp the best of luck during this next phase of his life.
